HOP-py Birthday Peggy!

Yippee, Peggy... it's your birthday and 
we've got an extra special hop just for you~

Here is my special card I made with you in mind... 


Isn't the hat on the hippo the cutest thing ever~

I usually don't buy 'birthday' specific stamps... because it seems like you can always add a ballon or hat to birthday anything up a bit!
